ABSA pension fund untraceable

Morning I’m a parent of 3 and my partner passed away and me and our children we were his beneficiary but absa and Sanlam fail to pay my kids their inheritance I just new today that absa moved its pension fund to Alexander Forbes while I was trying to help my son to claim for the third time and I need help it’s agent my son need this fund for paying intubation fees. Back in 2021 Sanlam didn’t pay my kids cause they are miners today money is no longer with them I tried to get help at soshanguve mall absa branch but they fair to assist.now I’m in between Alexander Forbes and absa no one is willing to help.
