Absa Payshap

I made a PayShap payment from my Absa account to my Standard Bank account on the 31st of October 2025, and it never reflected on Standard Bank. I visited 2 different ABSA branches and none of them have been able to assist me. They keep referring me to internet banking department, which has failed to get back to me since I sent them an email on 3 November 2025. I am so disappointed with how Absa handled the issue because it seems like I will never get my money back.
