Absa pays vodacom debit orders *****ulently

Absa has paid debit orders to vodacom which i have not approved nor do i have any contract with vodacom. ***** is going on somewhere I reported this amount of R378 to Absa in July when it happened in June month end for the first time fearing that it would happen again at july month end. On the 1st August it happened again this time R5613.

I completed forms in Absa branch last month. Since then no response from Absa for that amount
