ABSA - Payroll Department unprofessional

I have a garnishee order with Absa and still no payment is reflecting in my bank account. When I called the garnishee department they said there is a payroll error with Absa HR. It is now the 3rd May still no money are reflecting in my account. Absa staff got paid on the 20th April. So are we going to get paid interest for all the outstanding days. Surely you wouldn't pay your staff late. This hasnt happened once. To me it seems Absa does not take court orders seriously.
