Absa Payment Holiday Error
I was approved for a payment holiday on my two personal loans but Absa still debited my account on the 25th of April. This is not right because they offered the payment holiday and then sent through approval via SMS that I had to accept (which I did) but they still debited my account. My risk score with the bank has also been affected as per the T's & C's but I was still billed. I need this rectified, please.
