Absa: paying for data but not giving me data

case C-***4. Not getting anywhere with absa. Paid for data did not receive any. When I phone I keep either getting cut off or told I am at the wrong department. Absa its not that difficult to actual try and help clients instead of frustrating them. Refund me or give me My data
