Absa pathetic service

Absa is the worst, my account has been blocked since July and only received 2 calls and I submitted the documents but up till today the ***** investigation cannot pick up the phone and give me a update. I have send countless emails, and than there automated mail returns they will respond in 2 to 3 days....pick up the phone and call or just drop a email.
