ABSA pathetic service!!!

I waited not to write this complaint but when you get poor service, this is the route to follow. We have been calling ABSA insurance for weeks now and every time, we are told our claim is with another department. Today I called, spoke to two agents who put me on hold for more than 10 minutes, then they cut the call. Now, you must call me on *** and give me answers. Tired of big banks playing these games with clients!!!
