Absa pathetic service.
Has anyone tried to change your OTP from SMS to email due to going overseas?? Absolutely pathetic. Numerous calls, left holding for 30 min, idiot's telling me you don't need it. Almost a week later and no closer. Today I was pushed from person to person.....5 tumea. Absa sucks
