Absa pathetic service

Rccs debited my account last night without any permission. When googled the company, it comes up as absa. I am on payment relief due to covid 19,i have sms stating my payment relief will end in August and resume payments from September 15 2020. My acc was debited by R4980 without my consent. 2 weeks ago they debited me for R7890 without consent, when contacted the bank, they couldn't give me an answer, they are pathetic ******* and people shouldn't use this bank. They authorize just about anyone to debit your acc and this happen on multiple occasions. Even though in payment relief, they still debited my acc for R1304 for a loan I have with them. This bank is useless. I've been banking with them for many years, they couldn't even approve a vehicle finance for my business, I took my bank statement and payslips to Standard Bank and within an hour my finance was approved. DON'T USE ABSA. THEY ARE USELESS AS F#%*
