Absa Pathetic Service

<p>I own a 1998 BMW 323i the vehicle was fully paid off a few years back but the vehicle registration papers were not sent to me now i have sold the vehicle and called Absa for the registration docs and they refuse to help me, they keep telling me that the docs were sent to me but i am 100% sure that i have not received it, for the past few months the resposnse i get is we will look into this without getting bacjk to me how hard can it be to look into the archives or request a duplicate from the traffic department</p>
