Absa pathetic. Have no clue what they're doing

I am unemployed since 2019 and have an account in arrears with Absa. I have informed them about my unemployment. The account was handed over to LGR attorneys and a friend of mine who wants to remain anonymous offered to help male a monthly payment to the attorneys until I find a job and can start making my own payments. She started the 1st payment last month but does not want to send me the proof of payment because she does not want Absa to track her down and start calling her which seems to be their modus operandi according to her. I sent all the details to absa and the attorney, date of payment, amount, reference nr. Everything. They all refuse to allocate the payment. I have workes for huge companies and I know proof of payment is preferable BUT payments without this CAN be allocated. So according to absa and the attorneys the payment will NOT be allocated. I have tried my utmost as one of thousands unemployed to make an arrangement to repay my debt but it was refused. The public needs to know who you are dealing with here. And it was absa customer complaints social media that sent me the email saying no payment will be allocated without the proof of payment. I sent you an email giving you all the details of the payment and if you cared to consult the person that does the bank recon daily you will fine the payment with my reference number on it.
