ABSA paid up home loan nightmare for pensioners

I'm posting on behalf of my parents as they do not have access to a PC. They settled their home loan end of January 2022 and ABSA appointed Sekati Monyane Incorporated to handle the bond cancellation. We are now in July and it has still not been completed. They are utterly useless. The deed has been lost and we send regular emails for feedback as to when this will be concluded and the emails are just ignored. My parents lost out on the sale of their house as they needed the deed for that. They are SASSA only earners and after the bond was settled, ABSA deducted another installment which they are also waiting to be refunded. Due to this, they had to survive on bread and coffee for a whole month. When my parents phone ABSA they are told to speak to the attorneys, who you can never get hold off telephonically. I expect ABSA to resolve this as a matter or urgency as you appointed these *********** attorneys.
