ABSA - P00R CLIENT SERVICE.

I have a credit card with ABSA for a long time.Three years ago I stopped working due to the Stroke I had while I was still working. Ever since then my daughter has been trying to assist me to pay my accounts .My daughter is the only bread winner in my family . Now she has a baby girl and can no longer afford to help me.My daughter paid R1000 on my account per month..I am diabetic type 2 and was recently diagnosed with Parkinson's disease. The doctor declared me unfit for work.Currently I am receiving disability grant R2090 which I use to pay rates and taxes. I have to reapply for disability grant in May 2024 ,there is no guarantee that I will get it again depending on the doctors examination The bank came with a proposal for me to pay R9000,settlement balance ,which I don't have .I received some funds into my account, but I used it to pay for my younger daughter's tuition for law school. In all fairness, I think ABSA can let me pay half of what I owe as installments due to my current situation and that I am a long standing customer of ABSA.Everyone is battling to put a piece of bread on the table.
