Absa owes me money and are aggressively ignoring me to avoid paying.

For 3 months, on a weekly basis, I have been asking for the money that is owed to me from when I canceled my vehicle insurance. Every single time, without fail, I am shunted around to new people and departments where I once again need to disclose who I am, where I live, policy numbers and all the rest of it. Every single time, I am told that someone will be in contact shortly. To date, not a single person has followed up to resolve the issue. On the rare occasion that I am contacted, it's only to tell me that someone else will be in contact shortly. The incompetence is astounding.
