ABSA - Overcharging for Services included in Packages

I opened a business banking account with ABSA on 4th December 2018, I personally went into the branch with all the necessary documentation (i.e. no outstanding documents) and when I went back on the morning of 6th December 2018 it had still not been opened and I had to return later that day, their reason for this was the "power outages", however I find 2.5 days to open a business account unacceptable but thought I would let that slide. In January 2019 I receive my statement and low and behold, in spite of the fact that I am on a business package which includes a certain amount of transactions and deposits which are not charged for, I am charged for each transaction through my account. On the morning of 25th January 2019, I address this with the consultant that opened my account and request feedback, it is now the 30th January and I have yet to receive any response other than, "The matter has been taken to the relevant people which they are investigating the matter( business pricing).". ABSA, if this is how you treat your business clients who have just opened accounts, how many other business and private clients are you *********** who are paying for banking packages and still being charged for each transaction?

Reviewer Update
Vanessa, I have already emailed Maria Ramos, online support and the banker at the branch. I am no longer interested in your reference numbers or confirmations that the complaint has been logged, it was logged on 25/1/2019 already and should have been resolved.
