Absa Over eager to ITC list but slow to provide requested details

On the 18th November i wrote a review regarding my ITC listing. I am still waiting for the so called email regarding the outstanding account. I want the account number that was listed together with a detailed statement from the inception date of the agreement reflecting all my payments my email is ***
