ABSA - OTP Number change
I have tried for the last 4 months to have my OTP changed to an international number or email with no luck.
I just spent the last hour trying to get someone to help me again and they’re saying they cannot change my number on the system but how can I complete my transactions without the OTP?! I will not have access to the number on the system until I get back to South Africa in June!
I have been unable to complete any online transactions because of this for the last 4 months!
