ABSA OR GABSA

<p>On 27 Aug I bought myself a new bakkie. Lucky for me I chose to finance it through Wesbank this time. Unlucky for me the car that was settled was with accno ********** 3048 ABSA!!!! So in the beginning of September my debitorder for the car still went off wich is understandable, but after several emails, phonecalls, from me and the company I bought the bakkie from THE DEBIT ORDER OF MY CAR AND BAKKIE WENT OF IN OCT!!! And now Absa has got the oddasity to tell me on 8 Oct that my Oct payment will be refunded in full but the Sept payment can only be refunded partailly because they had a system failure then and that the money could not be allocated immediately because of the delay. So the moral of the story ABSA want to tell me here is I MUST PAY FOR THEIR **** SERVICE! BULL DUST!! I know that my cars was settled in a other absa account but they sorted that out and I"ve send a lot of emails to proof that and so did the car company. Really Absa are you Absa or GABSA!!!! Because everyday you give me another excuse but not my MONEY!!!</p>
