ABSA opens bank accounts with no account no

I opened a bank account with ABSA in the Gateway branch a few months back.

They could not setup my online banking for me and just gave me a card. I have since been trying to retrieve my account number ,yes my bank account number and I cannot get this from ABSA. They email me from an insecure email address which cannot be opened. I call them but they keep passing my around with no one taking accountability. I wonder if the share holders would like to hear that people can't use your services because of things like this. The last agent just left me hold and did nothing. Again ,I just want my bank account number!
