Absa only money driven
Hi all. I have a bond with my wife. Even tho due to the Covid 19 my financial situation has got worse, I still was honoring my last 2 payments in full.
If I remember correct the government announced that banks will assist clients during the Covid 19 pandemic, I approached Absa for a payment holiday or a reduced installment in these trying times because of the pandemic and they did not approve it. Absolutely disappointing
How can a financial institution be so unhelpful in these times. Is it only money that they want and not care for the wellbeing of the citizens of this country. We are just making bare living expenses and the bank did not approve my request.
