Absa only cares about sales not people

Absa only cares about sales to the point that they are willing to delay the process of transferring my salary and childs pension to a Capitec Account even after telling them I need it to live. My salary and sons pension he receives from his late father was paid into my old Cheque account in error after a debit review hold was placed on it. For two days now I have begged them to transfer the money to my bank account only too be told because you went to a new bank it can take up too 10 days to transfer the money however if you open a account with us we will transfer straight away. Every time I phone I get told we have escalated your query. I have a salary that I cant access because Absa has deceided to be Spiteful.
