Absa online payment

I tranfered money to a capitec client and was going to take the place but than people told me that the building in Tamboti complex Sunnyside is known for prostitution and people go missing all the time and some found dead. So i explained the situation to the owner the following morning that i won't be taking the flat and need my deposit and rent money back. She told me she can't give back the rent money will not give deposit.

Than went to Absa to ask them to reverse the money but told me to write an email and will wait for 30 days to get a response and told me that they can't reverse the money without the permission of another person. Absa will loose client because of the way they operate. I just want my money back and there's proof that it from my account. Absa is full of nonsense
