Absa Online Lotto option problematic.

I played Lotto on Absa Online on Saturday 13 March 2021. The results show 3 numbers plus powerball. To date no credit received from Absa. No one at Absa can explain why. This is not the first time this happened to me. On previous occasion I was told the batch run was not executed. I know the system is problematic. Maybe the Lotto option should be removed from Absa Online. Who knows how many clients have won and were never credited?
