ABSA online loan application system error problem

I app**** for a loan online and were on the section to upload my supporting documents as part of the contract process,when up popped a technical error message and I should try again later as it is being fixed.I tried a couple of times this being 2nd December and kept getting the same error message.I tried this morning and got the same message.These attempts have resulted in me having about 11-12 applications and 11-12 credit enquires which has now *****ed my credit score.Instead of 1 enquiry I am setting with more unnecessary enquiries.All I need to do is upload supporting documents for the very first application to finalise.I need help to finalis my first application and to have all the unnecessary enquiries removed.I even sent a Facebook enquiry about the technical error on the 2/12/2023
