ABSA Online - Inter-account transfers

ABSA Online - this is a business profile with many accounts that has an inter-account transfers option. Since a month, this inter-account transfers option disappeared on the desktop, laptop versions forcing us to do transfers from mobile devices only. Service from the support division was very poor as I was told by the consultant the issue has been escalated without receiving feedback via any communication channels only to call again this morning to follow-up & be on hold for most of the time, while the consultant checked with the escalations department the progress only to say there is no issues on their side. If there are issues on my profile, then please investigate & respond. I was then told that they will get back to me on my number within about 5 minutes & no response till now
