ABSA online banking not free

<p>According to ABSA's own 2017 pricing guide, there are no fee for online banking, but I have been charged between R200 and R374 monthly.</p> <p>I have been told my account will be have fixed charges, but this seems not to be the case. </p> <p>I have been dissapointed with the service I am getting from ABSA and I wish Absa to correct this and explain their understanding of fixed charge and no charge .</p> <p> </p>
