ABSA online Banking

I have an ABSA account and downloaded their app on my iPhone. All is well there. .. I tried login in online several times without success. This is frustrating since all login details were /are correct.

This process needs serious improvements. I contacted the bank via ABSA WhatsApp - now, this proved to be an even worse disaster. I asked questions none were answered, not even close—screen shorts. Later I was referred to the branch, which is superfluous under the circumstances and for obvious reasons. ABSA can not hide behind security on this one

Eventually, I decided to call ABSA all the Artificial Intelligence Machines. Unfortunately, it would seem that it had the trojan horse virus; the audio quality was abysmal half of the time could fathom what was communicated.

The only last thing I could get was I had called after hours, and the bank was lethargically not available. ABSA online banking 0/10
