ABSA online App Worse Thing Ever.

Frustration when ABSA offers the options to open an Account via the App which I have been using for sometime and the one time I want to open another type of Saving Account it doesn't work. I followed every step via the App and set the amount to be debit and then after Six Minutes and waiting the App kicks out a 'Something went Wrong please try again later' keeping in mind the amount is debit from my Current Account and no indication about the Savings account I was trying to open/apply. So now I'm sitting with money out my account with NO idea what is going on..... Thanks ABSA for Nothing! Your online and App service keeps getting worse.
