ABSA once the pride of SA, now the worst.

I am a platinum client with ABSA banking with them since 1990. A few years back I did not have any problems with ABSA. In the last year alone there was plenty disappointments. 1. MFC offered me a better interest rate on buying a car than my own bank for 25 years. 2. On 13 August a had a major operation and was booked off sick for 2 months resulting in a major financial lost to me. When I approached ABSA for help I was told that my application was rejected by the \system". When I asked to explain my situation to any senior manager I was told that it would not help as the \""system\"" would still reject me. 3. My son turned 18 and his savings account now all of a sudden is subjected to massive banking cost in my view. 4. Today was the last straw"
