Absa once again proves its the worst

I dont even want to give you a star,once again its proven that AbSA doesn't care about the little people . Not sure what you should earn to get service but I don't fall under that with how I am being treated. Firstly trying to get vehicle finance from them is like trying to win the lotto no one comes back to you. Been waiting since 17feb .Then online you have the option to stop debit order not sure why as that doesn't help you get conformation that it's been done but the money still goes off .and then you call the complaints department only to be told nope sorry they need to transfer your call and not to someone specific just back to the main menu . So today I shall move all my accounts so much for paying the higher account fee to get extra service no service at all 190 wasted a month.
