ABSA once again do it with bad service

What is happening to the once prestigious bank, I have asked this question before but I will ask it again. Why suddenly the last 6 months am I not getting my Absa Rewards anymore while other banks like FNB are kicking ass on their rewards system to their customers. I wish I could get the same benefit you would think that with all your accounts at Absa you will be treated better because you are loyal. Think again ABSA clients?
