Absa offers very bad service

Absa really disappointed me, I have been to different branches seeking for help since I had deposited at your ATM for an application fee to a varsity, since your ATM didn't have receipts, I couldn't receive it. And since then I've been in and out of different branches and they're all saying different things , and time is running out. It's the worst bank ever, its service is dull and not of help
