ABSA now officially the worst bank on this continent

Yet another one of these Bankster outfits, avoid at all costs, they do not care for you as a customer, they will fleece you and eventually make your account unavailable for transaction whilst continuing to fleece you... The bunch of Banksters are running neck and neck for worst bank on the continent with another local outfit... Basically last year out of the blue the bank would not allow me to transact via the internet, queries via the phone could never get anyone with an answer on why this had occurred and emails, well, they don't do emails.... it seems... Two branches were visited with paperwork, presumably these half whits are not capable of letting the client know about them losing the FICA paperwork, it seems, either way, the account is still 6 months later unusable... I did visit the branch in Tygervalley centre to resolve this to be told, they do not handle this kind of an account, but the lady phoned the section that supposedly would be able to resolve the problem and I was promised some biped with speech faculty would be contacting me withing 24 hours, well, it been another month and nothing from these *********, if you bank with this outfit, I suggest you reconsider, they are certainly by now the worst bank on this continent in my book, if the tale so far does not convince your... I just phoned their published JHB number and it rang for 6 minutes before someone picked up the phone and put it down.... I redialed after 4 rings some female answered and after telling her that the account can't transacted from, she said she would put me through to someone who would be able to to help, to listen for 2 minutes to some automated horse manure and again have the phone put down on me...
