ABSA NOTIFICATION FEES CHARGE, BUT SET IN IN APP NOTIFICATION

No Transaction fees description in app. I waisted 4 hrs at Branch ABSA AND NOT ONE person could tell me why my fees went off for Notifications , AFTER IT WHAS SET TO IN APP NOTIFICATION NO CHARGES., AND NOT SMS
