ABSA - not worth your money !!!!!!

I am shocked and appalled by the non existent service provided by Absa - I have been dealing with the head office for weeks now trying to get my natis documents for my car. First they couldent get me to the correct department to even request the documents, when I finally got to the correct department they incorrectly had the documents held / sent to Auckland park. After phoning 7 further times - I finally had a consultant assist me to get them to the Absa Eastlands branch (Boksburg). Now three days after I should have been able to collect them from the branch - the branch cannot even answer and correspond with me. I have phoned 5 times in half an hour and all I can hear is the staff discussing their lunch before they hang up on me. I have been told that 'someone' will phone me back by the receptionist - but she cannot tell me when as the 'someone' may be busy !!!!!

I will never use this bank again and will be cancelling my accounts with them with immediate effect.
