ABSA not worth Banking with Them

ABSA is disappointing as a large institution to fail so dismally to resolve an urgent and immediate issue. They will not compensate us for the contract lost and we are unable to pay people who bank with ABSA as it seems to have set its ATM's to ***** hard working peoples money. I deposited money to pay a person contracted to do urgent work that is due and I had to pay them for the work done in order for them to continue and complete due to time constraints, the ATM took the money and gave a receipt of an unsuccessful deposit without returning the money. I was at the Bank itself yesterday and even now they have not processed nor bothered to communicate with their own client whom is the recipient of the money. I you bank with ABSA, you are definitely lost. Total disregard for peoples time and urgency......
