ABSA NOT WILLING TO HELP WHILE ON MATERNITY LEAVE!!!!!!!!!!

ABSA is useless and they are unaccommadating!!!!!! Before I went on maternity leave I told one consultant, I'm am a single mom and I cannot afford to pay my study loan during this period and her response was shocking, "then there is nothing that we can do for you"

Now consultants are harassing me daily after which, I told them I am on maternity leave and I am not getting paid.

I get an sms on Saturday that they are handing me over if I don't pay it in 10days? Where must I get the money?????? This is absurd!!!! This is going to ruin my future and they don't care to just help you to restructure your payment.

I have paid EVERY month before June. You guys are pathetic!!!!! I am not going to run away. I will pay but I can't right now!!!!!!
