Absa not willing to assist in these financially troubled times

I have asked Absa to assist me in refinancing the outstanding amount on my vehicle and I have asked for a better interest rate as I want a lower monthly installment but they are just saying no, they are not willing to assist me!! So, take this as a warning Absa, Absa has no right in repossessing the car if I only pay a certain amount, as I did try to arrange something with you first and you didn't want to work something out for me.
