ABSA not updating their systems causing me a potential loss of property

I app**** for a bond and got turned down because ABSA didn't update my credit status in 2018 when I came out under debt review. According to their systems it still show I am under debt review.

I submitted the clearance certificate and the letter Debt Rescue sent them in 2018 to their clearance department and they are only able to update it in 10 days. But no word on if they will then be able to provide my with a bond...

According to all the credit beraus it has been removed in 2018 already. But ABSA has not updated yet.. as per legislation they should have updated this 21 days after receiving the results from Debt Rescue... and now I am being rejected for them not doing their job.

But I am experiencing a potential loss of the property I want to buy due to their neglect and I am not happy with it. It put me under severe stress. Bad customer service.
