ABSA not updating my credit score according

I have paid off my personal loan from Absa in May already yet it is still showing on my credit report and it is affecting my credit score. I have engaged with a few departments within Absa namely the Credit Bureau and Absa Action line, however no one has been able to assist me with updating my credit profile. This is affecting my credit score negatively as it is reflecting that I’m paying an Absa loan, which has been paid off over 4 months ago.
