ABSA NOT UPDATING MY CREDIT RECORD

I was on Debt Review, It was cleared numerous months ago. My Absa Personal Loan is still showing as owing and listed as on debt review at ALL institutions and ALL credit bureaus - after my Debt counselor and myself emailing the clearance documents through to the email addresses provided so many times, so many calls, even Absa providing me with a clearance certificate, it is still not resolved. This now costed me purchasing a property as all banks declined me because of this reason - they gave me the reason!!! I do not know what to do anymore, this is so so so bad from ABSA's side, and absa just says it is not their fault, YES IT IS - ABSA SORT THIS OUT PLEASE.
