Absa not updating credit profiles!

Absa. Please update my credit profile. I have paid up the vehicle 6 months ago and on my credit record the account is still 150+ days overdue and there's still an outstanding balance. I have sent emails numerous times. This account is affecting my livelihood and it's settled!!!
