ABSA not trustworthy

I have been hacked through my ABSA banking app while I was on holiday. When I realized it I went to the bank and registered a ***** case. I took all the steps ABSA ***** told me to do to prevent it from happening again but the end of the month when my pension was deposited the hacking occurred again. I had to charge both my bank cards and charge my app details again. Now I set my banking limits at R0.00 to protect myself. It is very frustrating. My first ***** case was paid back but apparently the policy of ABSA is to refund a maximum of R5000. O0 which is less than what was taken. I was refunded R 4900.00, why not the full amount. The investigator on the case was awesome. She did what she could in line with their policy, with the second case however I am truly disappointed. I get messages that say they can not reach me. If you do your job properly you will follow up until you reach your client. Please ABSA secure your bank properly
