ABSA NOT TREATING ME FAIRLY

I have my Vehicle Finance through ABSA. They handed contract over to attorneys and sheriff want to repossess vehicle. They don't even allow me to make an arrangement. Only telling me contract is cancelled once handed-over. Several payments were made after the letter of judgement was handed to me in September 2017. This is ridiculous! What happened to "Treating Customers Fairly"????
