Absa not taking responsibility for there ATM errors

Hi on the 30 the of November I went to the absa ATM on van zyl Smith Street in oberholzer Carletonville around 14:10 pm as I requested R4800 to be drawn from my wife's credit card as per request the ATM stated that the withdrawal was successful and then showed a message withdrawal unsuccessful due to technical error I then proceeded to the next ATM requesting the amount of 4500 it's was then the the ATM done the same thing I then left the ATM and contacted my wife and she said to me that the money was drawn and I told her that there was no money dispensed and she should contact absa upon doing so she was advised that the money was given however there was nothing if you gone on to the camera at the ATM you will see this please I expect your urgent feed regarding this matter as there was no cash give to me by the ATM
