ABSA NOT TAKING RESPONSIBILITY

I app**** for vehicle finance and ABSA approved it. First time that I app**** for something like this. Months down the line I realise that ABSA didn't make any deductions from my account and after a long struggle I was able to directly pay this account. I then walk into ABSA to query why they haven't activated the stop-order to find there is no one who can assist and had was I directed to phone ABSA. Only then did ABSA realise that for months I was paying them directly and not from a stop order as per our agreement. Then they started deducting directly from my bank account. Now, because ABSA needed to be reminded that they should deduct money from my account, I am always one month in arrears and it is also accumulating interest. I requested from ABSA to rectify this seeing that it was a mistake on their part and I had to let them know that they are not deducting as they should from my account. At present I am ignored and are receiving daily calls for the repayment of the arrears which was by the way ABSA's mistake. It would have been far worse if I didn't pick up that ABSA wasn't deducting and on my own started to pay as per agreement.
