ABSA not sticking to rate negotiated by OOBA

Absa not sticking to rate negotiated by OOBA, in 2015 when we app**** for the bond, ABSA gave us the worst rate of all the banks, being a life long client ABSA agreed to give us the same rate if we would stay with them, so Apr 2017 I requested a quotation on a fixed rate and ABSA never app**** the agreed 0.34% and I had to get OOBA to sort it out, now Apr 2022 my term on my fix rate ended,I went to the bank to get a quotation to fix my rate again. Then I get told I first need to fica the bond which was a nightmare I had to phone the area manager to get the branch to get back to me and sort it out. So I finally get the quotation and guess what my 0.34% is missing and the current rate on my bond shows 7.75%. I email the customer service agend at the branch and she sends me an email back yes the interest rate already went up twice this year, how do you have people to assist me that give stupid answers like that? Then I get advised to phone the loans department which I did this morning, so the lady picks up I explain the reason for my call and give her my bond number, she puts me on hold and after the few minutes on hold she cuts me off, so I phone again the guy that picks up asked me why I phoned and I again tell my reason, he does not ask my ID or my bond number tells me Without checking, I must email proof, so very irritated by now I ask to speak to an manager, get put on hold, the guy come back both supervisors are busy on the phone they will phone me back, I ended my call at 11.27 this morning, it’s now 17.18 and nobody has phoned me back. The bank made a mistake twice on my bond now and is giving me the run around, I just want my rate fixed as was agreed when we registered the bond, why must I send proof when I point outa mistake ABSA should have my pre-agreement statement and signed documents on file.

Reviewer Update
Yesterday I went to the Baywest branch and a lovely lady Ronel assisted me in dealing with my issues, if only all the customer service consultants and call centre consultants can be as helpful as she was. ABSA can thank her otherwise I would have been moving to a new bank tomorrow.
