Absa not reversing money.

On Thursday, 05 October I withdrew money from an Absa ATM, at Heiderand Mall Mossel Bay. The transaction went through on my account, however on receipt it was unsuccessful. I called the bank immediately and I was promised that a reversal will be made on the same day.

That did not happen. I was then advised by your social media team to go into the branch, which I did and was promised a reversal after 7 days. We are on day 9, and Absa has not reversed my money!

As a long standing Absa client I'm very disappointed in the way my case has been handled. There has been no form of communication at all.

I need you to contact me asap. I want my money! ***
