Absa not refunding home loan credits after property sale

I have been struggling with Absa since my old property was registered to the new owners regarding when they will refund my credit on my old bond. I have sent emails, tried to contact them via telephone, but still, I am battling to get any feedback from Absa. They just ignore all emails and when you phone them, you will be transferred from one person to another, but none of them are able to assist with a refund date
